extra invitation cards

finally, shirley from american wedding treaures called me to collect the extra invitation cards that we had requested. our extra inserts is also ready for collection. will be collecting them tomorrow.

album layout confirm

went to graceful image to confirm our album layout. next is waiting for them to develop into photos then we go down again to arrange the paginations.

i tried on the kua too. since kua is standard size, no alteration is required although i find it loose.

ad theme

went to fullerton to select and confirm ad deco, flowers and colour theme. met up louis the new coordinator after evelyn left. guess what, he is from merchant court, the coordinator we met up with previously. its such a small world! the meeting went fine. he will send us samples pic of what we have confirm today.

invitation and banquet

i have printed all the guest names (for my friends/colleagues and hubby's colleagues) on our inserts and now the invitation cards ready for distribution to guest. i printed some for fil's friends too, that will save him a lot of time writing them. then we realised our cards and inserts are not enough, need to inform louis to prepare another 100 cards and printer to print more. its so scary to know that the tables for banquet had to increase from hardly 35 tables to 48 tables now. must check with louisi on mon if they can take in so many tables.

count down..... 44 days

the date is drawing nearer and nearer. i think i didn't complete anything except for food tasting and printing inserts for invitation cards. help!!!!!

e-invitations

my cards and inserts are ready. going to prepare and input the guest names. i have also done up an email version for friends who don't need the card.


how to address our guests?

i'm going to send out invitation cards to our guests this or next week since i'm collecting my cards later. i'm thinking of doing away with mr whoever and ms whoever, just write their name. this arrangement will be ok if i'm inviting individuals. but if its a family or husband/wife, how should it be? headache....
